Is the Causal Kilt/Skirts the future of Men's Wear in the Near Future?

I came across a fashion editor at a Chicago Newspaper who thought it would be funny to ask her readers in her Man-on Monday blog posted 1/4/2010 about "Men In Skirts?" She goes on to find every gay form of high fashion and the gays that are modeling them, which I believed she was expecting the normal unintelligent answer that is very negative towards men in kilts and even skirts (the homophobic reaction). Instead she got an ear full of ideas and experiences from men in Kilts and Skirts.

I don't think she was expecting the strong reaction that men in skirts/kilts is a very turning subject in America. And the most negative reaction was how she found bias pictures of gays modeling in ultra strange skirt like dresses that would look funny on any human. Here is her blog: Then a Las Vegas commercial on fashion has a comical TV ad where a women tries to explain how fashion came out, which shows a small epic war going on that ends with (yet again) gay looking models showing up in modified traditional kilts showing a lot of leg, which again shows that people know the kilt is coming, it's just in the new world where gays are more open, the unintelligent assume it has to be gay. I personally believe they are on to something, but have missed the ship on what is actually going on, especially with it being said that out of every four kilts made in the world, this is from Scotland, New Zealand, Canada, America and even India, are three are sold in America, and not Scotland. Perhaps because Scots only wear theirs for special occasions, Americans wear their for any reason.

So you do believe that Kilt/Skirts are coming to a man near you?

What does it mean to act black?

Wed Jun 22, 2011 1:54 am MST

This is just a stereotype that even black people reference. Like if they see a black person who doesnt dress with their pants hanging off of them or talk in slang.

Why with black people do they limit themselves to having to act a certain way. Some black people act as though unless you act ghetto you arent truly black.

This is ridiculous, as by now in these days black people represent so many different things like any other race.Wear your pants down at your knees. Wear you hat so you look like a fool whether you are or not. Use the F word twenty times in a sentence and put as much fake jewelry and Nikes stuff on as possible.

Could be why some say Bama isn't black enough.Well, as much as I hate to say this, think about the typical black person: Rude, racist, "gangster," steals, involved in gangs, blames white people for everything, and uneducated. HOWEVER, of course there are exceptions to this! Some of my closest friends are black, and the smartest, sweetest people I know.Rev Al and Jesse think Obama should appear onstage with a hoodie, baggie+*** pants and a Colt 45 to appear black enough to make them happy.
Then they would be able to keep blaming African Americans problems on racism when he lost.
